Job Title: Recruitment and Sales professional
Salary: Circa £28,000 - 30,000 per annum + commission
Location: Hertford
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30 pm, flexible with hybrid working
My client, a dynamic and rapidly growing payroll business based in Hertford, is on the lookout for an experienced and driven recruiter to join their expanding team. This is not just any recruitment role; you'll also play a pivotal part in launching and supporting their exciting new recruitment venture!
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous recruitment experience
- Previous sales experience
- Strong PC skills, the ability to pick up working with new systems with ease
- Versatile and proactive
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Assisting managers with day-to-day work within the payroll company
- Generate own leads, carrying out business development
- Attending client meetings
