An exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a leading electronics firm, utilising their skills within Quality Management to uphold exceptional standards of service delivery.

Client Details

This is a prominent company within the electronics industry, with a nationwide reach across the UK. They are well established and specialise in computer platforms and support software.

Description

  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance in the engineering & manufacturing department.
  • Implement and manage quality control systems designed to ensure the continuous production of advanced services.
  • Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the company's quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Develop process improvement strategies, based on statistical analysis and factual data, to improve the property portfolio.
  • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Manage risk assessment within the company.

Profile

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a quality management role.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess processes and products effectively.
  • In depth knowledge of quality principles and practises,
  • Engineering knowledge - ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BOM etc.
  • Ideally a good working knowledge of electronic assemblies and manufacturing processes.
