Key responsibilities will include:
- Passing information on regarding - Health care for various conditions / Diabetes / Flu jab
- Happy to speak to the general public
- Working in various settings
- Happy to work alone and in a team
- Provide support to the development of the autumn/winter Covid booster programme, including setting up and taking actions as appropriate to assist the team
- Support the conclusion and exit from the Covid Vaccination Programme, including helping with administration around site consolidation, vaccine return and helping with challenges that risk second dose completion
- Support the team to investigate queries from politicians, partners and members of the public, including drafting responses based on discussions with primary care leads, vaccination centre leads, London and SEL colleagues
- Manage the team's generic inbox and answer or field queries as appropriate
- Assist with completing returns and submissions to NHS England where appropriate, working with the team and vaccination partners
- m app and replying or fielding questions from our vaccination providers as appropriate
- Ad hoc requests and deputising for members of the team as appropriate including covering team responsibilities while others take annual leave
