Role Summary:
You'll be one of the first boots on the ground, tasked with converting pre-qualified warm leads into long-term commercial partnerships. This is a rare chance to grow alongside a fast-scaling brand — with progression routes into team leadership as new regional sales hubs are established. With only one day a week expected in-office, this is a field-first role built around autonomy, energy, and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients on-site for tailored fact-finding conversations: build strong, consultative relationships
- Convert warm inbound leads into weekly commercial wins: boost pipeline efficiency
- Own your territory: manage your diary, drive activity, and report back wins and challenges
- Work closely with leadership on refining the sales approach: influence long-term strategy
- Play a central role in building a new sales culture: be part of something from day one
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a client-facing, Insurance sales role
- Natural energy and drive — you're motivated, curious, and resilient
- Proven ability to convert warm leads into revenue
- A strong team fit: collaborative, open, and not afraid to challenge or be challenged
