Experience, Responsibilities and Skills for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered with sufficient post-Part 3 experience.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, with senior support when required.
- Liaise with clients and team members, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Support the professional development of junior team members.
- Develop technical designs and creative design concepts.
- Attend site meetings and manage technical issues as they arise.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Must be based within Lincolnshire.
