2nd Line Support
Our client is looking for a contract 2nd Line Support Engineer for an initial 3 month contract assignment, with a view to renew therafter. The role is to start ASAP and will be Hybrid working.

Skills/Experience
- Recent hands-on experience within a fast paced technical support environment.
- Intune
- Good Microsoft background
- MDM
- BYOD
- ServiceNow (Desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems.
- Personal commitment to quality and customer service.
