JE131: Account Executive
Location: Walsall
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Per Annum
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Account Executive on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Help to achieve growth in all areas of BCS Group and ensure sales targets are monitored and achieved
- Support a customer portfolio of customers to help build strong and lasting relationships
- Pro-actively call customers as and when required
- Enter sales orders
- Prepare quotations and follow up the outcome
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain supported prices and special non-stock products
- Help Identify any new sales opportunities
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure the right customers are being targeted with offers, promotions, clearances and special offers
- Ensure that customer feedback is obtained and shared regularly to make the business more efficient and to maintain a high level of customer service
- Monitor competition from a sales perspective and ensure that all information is shared
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience and in-depth knowledge and understanding of working with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines.
- IT skills, CRM
- Team player
