An opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 3 years PQE Conveyancer in aResidential Property department in a well-established law firm. You will manage a diverse caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
Our client provides comprehensive legal services for both individuals and businesses.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
- Background in managing a caseload of 10-15 completions per month.
- Skilled in IT and time management.
- Experience in shared ownership transactions would be preferred.
- Valid UK driving licence and own car.
