A well-established distribution company experiencing steady growth is looking for a Management Accountant to join their Finance team, based in Grantham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with responsibility for month-end and year-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including group consolidation.
- Collaborate with department heads to set and monitor KPIs.
- Assist in producing financial reports and statutory accounts (FRS 102).
- Support budget preparation and quarterly reforecasts.
- Manage VAT returns, stock reconciliations, and the fixed asset register.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
