We are currently seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per year.
As an HR Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our client's organisation, utilising your expertise to enhance and optimise their HR system, Cornerstone. This is not a reporting role; instead, you will be responsible for system analysis, ensuring that the HR system meets the evolving needs of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their HR system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough system analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Customise and configure the HR system to align with the organisation's specific HR processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of the HR system with existing processes and tools.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure efficient and effective system usage.
- Stay up to date with industry best practises and emerging trends in HR systems and technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with expertise in Cornerstone preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with configuring and customising HR systems to align with organisational needs.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
