Here at Spalding, we have a team of around 540 colleagues. We produce coleslaw, potato salad, salad bar bulk products (2kg), pasta salads and couscous/grains for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Morrisons, Co-op, Asda, Aldi, Sainsbury's, Nando's and Pizza Hut. Our Spalding site has a restaurant with hot food available to all our colleagues.

We are looking for a Quality Administrator to join us on a 12 month FTC!

What you'll be doing

As a Quality Administrator you will populate scheduled KPI reports and provide summarised data as required by technical management. Other responsibilities include:

  • Day to day administration of the site systems to comply with site procedures.
  • Ensure housekeeping within the technical folders to ensure that they are clearly structured with current relevant content with all redundant files archived.
  • Administration of site procedures to capture, analyse and report data related to customer feedback e.g. complaints, reviews etc. Ensure that complaints are logged, risk assessed, investigated and communicated in line with site procedures. Create customer responses to summarise site investigation findings.
  • Support with the administration of raw materials procedures such as supplier non-conformances, specification trackers and data entry as required.
  • Support the process development team as required to check data accuracy on product packaging and paperwork.
  • Completion of system improvement projects as required.

  • Ideally FMCG Knowledge
  • Experience of working in a fast- paced environment

Strong attention to detail and Excel skills*

  • Computer Literate
