We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join our client's expanding Order Management team.
In this role, you will support Account Managers by accurately processing orders, addressing order-related inquiries, and coordinating with business partners to ensure the smooth delivery of each project.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end order process, assisting with quotations, deliveries and returns
- Process sales orders accurately, collaborating closely with other departments to ensure timely deliveries, and preparing loading plans and shipping documentation
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM database and ensure all sales orders are up-to-date
- Assist in resolving invoice and payment queries efficiently
- Provide support for daily operational tasks and activities
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in an order processing role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- IT savvy, previous experience using SAP would be bonus

Salary: up to £28,000 DOE
Location: Camberley
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, fully office based
