About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of the educational team, providing essential support to teachers and students. Your role will involve assisting with classroom management, offering individual support to students, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Prepare teaching materials and resources as needed
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional help
  • Monitor and support the progress of individual students
  • Help maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the educational process

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with secondary school students is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and nurturing approach to working with young people
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
