Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 plus commission and private healthcare

The role is for an Event Partnerships Executive to join their fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with a variety of sponsors through email and telephone and will benefit from comprehensive support and training provided by their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Client Outreach: Conduct calls, send emails, and utilize platforms to connect with potential clients.
- Sales Meetings: Present and promote their events to prospective clients through meetings and presentations.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position their events.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
- Report directly to the Global Head of Partnerships
To Be Our Client's Event Partnership Executive You Will Likely:
- Have an interest in understanding what influences customers decisions and be eager to learn about the business factors that affect them
- Having an interest in business is a must, as is an entrepreneurial spirit, a readiness to take responsibility for your work and, of course, great communication skills.
- Passionate for new business sales/prospecting.
- Enjoy working in a busy, team-oriented environment and be comfortable collaborating with others in a growing company.
- Comfortable reaching out to and building relationships with senior leaders and executives.
- Not have experience in conferences. They look for people who have done interesting things with their time – and who can grow and develop – rather than those who just have good qualifications.
- Communication, research and great analytical skills are essential, along with an entrepreneurial flair and a target-driven mindset.
- Keen to learn new skills.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
