Our client is looking for a Site Administrator to join the team based at Northstowe as soon as possible on an ongoing basis expected to last until December 2024. Working with the onsite team of project managers, planners and designers you will be the person responsible for all the administration support to the team.
Your new role
Our client is looking for a Site Administrator to join the team based at Northstowe as soon as possible on an ongoing basis expected to last until December 2024. Working with the on site team of project managers, planners and designers you will be the person responsible for all the administration support to the team.

Your responsibilities will include; meeting and greeting site visitors, arranging site meetings including refreshments and lunches etc, receipting material delivery tickets, recording waster reports, scanning documentation, uploading drawing files, setting up sub-contractor folders, purchasing materials like stationary for site, updating the site notice board, producing site posters, arranging delivery of site items like water coolers etc, preparing project newsletters, all project administration support for the project managers and other tasks as and when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role if you have previously worked in a construction or site office before this is highly advantageous but not essential. Previous administration experience from other sectors is also considered.

You should be hard working, motivated and able to work under your own supervision.

You should be highly IT literate and able to pick up new systems.

This is an interesting and varied position with a unique opportunity to be involved in a large scale construction project and learn all about what is involved.
What you'll get in return
This is a full time long term temporary position expected to run through until December 2024. The working hours are flexible starting at 8am and can be until 3.30/4/5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. This role is office based where you will be with the site team working on site - there is free onsite parking. A competitive hourly rate of £17.20 is offered per hour.
