Our client is a well established digital agency servicing global clients in the B2B market. With a bias to content marketing, they are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to join the team. First and foremost, this is a project management role. You will be responsible for keeping delivery of projects running like clockwork. Coordinating teams, managing timelines, communicating with clients and ensuring work is of a very high quality. To be considered for the role, we are looking for someone who is very organised with amazing attention to detail - these two criteria are non negotiable! Also essential are strong communication skills, an interest in digital and someone who is interested in the future of tech and AI - a problem solver who is very proactive. You will report to the Head of Operations and Client Account Management so there is support for you and potential for progression. We would ideally like 2 years agency work experience in a project based role. The team is very sociable and friendly and there are regular get togethers to ensure a strong work community ethic.
