Weekly Rate: £455 - £500
Days: Monday - Friday (Term Time Only)
Contract: Long-term to permanent

Are you a recent Speech & Language Therapy graduate or an experienced Teaching Assistant with a background in supporting speech and language needs?
Long Term Futures are working with a welcoming, inclusive two-form entry primary school in central Coventry to recruit a dedicated Speech & Language Teaching Assistant to join their supportive SEND team from September.
The Role:
- Support pupils across the school with speech, language and communication development
- Work closely with the SENCo to implement EHCP targets and tailored strategies
- Help create an engaging, nurturing environment that encourages communication and learning
- Support social interaction and peer relationships for children with communication difficulties
- Track and report on pupil progress and engagement
Who We're Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Speech & Language related degree
- Experience supporting children with speech and language difficulties
- Familiarity with alternative communication systems
- Strong understanding of SEND and the primary curriculum
- Patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting pupils
