Extensive knowledge of teaching, learning and assessment within classroom based or apprenticeship provision in the FE sector is essential.

Excellent interpersonal skills are vital as the role will involve coaching for all teaching staff to support and inspire them to be ambitious and develop their professional practice. Exceptional planning and organisational skills are essential and the ability to interpret data is key as the role will involve identifying themes and trends from teaching and learning activities.
