Personal Assistant
Location: Wales (Hybrid)
£16.10 per hour, 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our public sector client based in Wales. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site, supporting the Executive Team (ET) in delivering their duties effectively and efficiently.
Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, efficient, and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to designated ET members, including serving as a Personal Assistant to an Executive Director.
- Collaborate within broad teams of support staff across Operations and Corporate Services Directorates to ensure resilient, flexible, and effective support to the Director/Leadership Team.
- Support other ET or LT members within or outside your directorate as needed.
- Manage highly sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Plan, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
Personal Assistant Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a PA/EA role supporting Exec/Board level Managers and stakeholders.
- 4 GCSEs Grade A*-C (including Maths and English/Welsh) or equivalent (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Administration).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in dealing with highly sensitive issues.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
