I am working on a fantastic opportunity for an employment lawyer to join a boutique firm based in the West Midlands. My client are looking to expand their highly successful team by bringing in a knowledgeable, ambitious and hard working individual to work on an existing caseload, and to continue their development learning from senior and highly experienced legal professionals.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters including:
- Settlement agreements
- Redundancy matters
- Unfair dismissal claims
- Absence management
- HR Advice
- Contracts, policies and handbooks
The successful candidate will be able to work well both in a team, and upon their own initiative. Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential.
Salary: £45000 - £55000
