About the Role:
Engage Education is collaborating with a successful Nursery in Southampton currently recruiting for a Nursery Assistant to start in September 2024. The Nursery is dedicated to ensuring every child achieves their full potential. Their goal is for each child to experience success from their very first day, fostering a lifelong love of learning.
The Ideal Applicant Will Have:
- Experience working within a nursery or with children aged 0-5 years
- A basic understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A commitment to helping all children reach their full potential
- A passion and enthusiasm for working with children
- A positive, patient, and nurturing approach
- The ability to work flexibly as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
