37.5 hours per week, 5 days on site

We are proudly assisting a prestigious, world-renowned private Hospital in their pursuit for a dedicated and experienced corporate Secretariat officer to join them in an exciting new hybrid role.
Reporting directly to the Company Secretary, the successful post-holder will provide pivotal Secretariat support and should therefore have some previous experience in this area to hit-the-ground-running in a small governance team with precision and care.
Simultaneously, you will also provide support to the board of Executives in a time of organisational change, where meticulous attention to detail and organisation skills will be key to ensure smooth workstreams for all.
Core duties will include, but not limited to:
- Preparing agendas, reports and minutes for the Board and Executive-level Committees.
- Extensive diary and inbox management for Executive Directors - managing complex and conflicting schedules across multiple diaries.
- Maintain the Declarations of Interest register.
- General administrative support to the Executive team.
- Provide support to the CEO where required, covering their EA as necessary
