Job Purpose
- Work closely with senior auditors to support engagements from planning to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Preparation of statutory accounts, as well as reviewing accounts prepared by junior staff.
- Preparation of corporation tax computations (training can be provided if needed).
- Work closely with clients to build trusted relationships, being the go-to for support.
- Deliver a strong commercial awareness, reviewing opportunities for fee development.
- Underpin audit and accounts matters with current legislation and compliance.
- Champion your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities.
- Support junior team members by knowledge sharing and supporting their progression.

The Successful Applicant
- ACA or ACCA?qualified or part qualified with previous experience within practice.
- Experience supporting audits from planning to completion.
- Adept at the preparation of statutory accounts.
- Corporate tax knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously.
- Excellent work ethic, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
- Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Good awareness of current affairs and solid commercial acumen.
- A can-do attitude and a proactive problem solver.
