We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Appointment Coordinator/Call Handler. Based in Bolton, full time hours, Monday to Friday. No selling or sales involved. Paying GBP11.70 per hour, potential temporary to permanent opportunity.
What will you be doing:
- If you love talking to people, you have great communication skills and you can connect and engage quickly, this job has a lot of potential.
- We are looking for candidates to join a small team in Bolton. The roles involves making high volumes telephone calls to companies. Establishing connection and rapport in order to tell them about a service, product or event thats happening that may have some interest to them. You need to be a confident character who can liaise at all levels, you will need to think on your feet and be able to navigate systems.
- You will be given a brief on a product, service or event, you will be given some data to ring through and your aim of the conversation is to make an appointment.
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- You may have experience in working a telesales roles, B2B, market research, Sales or customer service.
- You will be self-motivated and be able to organise your time effectively
- Not shy of picking up the phone
- You will be able to get into Bolton town centre and be free to work full time hours
