This highly prestigious Entertainment company based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for an HR Manager who will play an integral part of their operations. The HR Manager will facilitate an open and trusted culture of HR Support.
Some of the responsibilities include the following:-
- Coaching , empowering the operational team on owning and dealing with all elements of employee relations
- Implementing performance management systems
- Reviewing and analysing HR metrics to minimise risks, identify trends and improve performance
- Establishing and leading on recruitment and on-boarding procedures
The ideal person will have :-
- 3-5 years generalist HR management experience
- Experience developing people strategy, performance management, engagement , talent and retention
- A thorough understanding of HR policies, employment law etc
- Management of HRIS programmes
