Our client is seeking a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys a busy pace of work and delighting customers. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with previous experience of working on a service desk for a motor dealer, or a transport supervisor/manager. We are also open to workshop controllers who have worked within a dealer network.
Your role:
- Booking and scheduling servicing, MOT's, PMI's and other general maintenance for customers
- Liaising with our technicians and external garages
- Liaising with customers for drop off / pick up
- Managing breakdowns for customers
- Customer Onboarding: Arrange terms and conditions for new clients.
- Documentation & Compliance: Gather 3rd party insurance and compliance documentation as needed
- Record-Keeping: File remittance advice notes and maintain organised records

- Relevant experience in similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- IT literate, confident using MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
