TSR Legal are working with a renowned full-service law firm who are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the Cardiff office. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome. This includes screening and directing calls, handling inquiries, and managing the meet-and-greet process for visitors.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain client information, case details, and other essential data into our systems.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, managing correspondence, and ensuring that all documentation is organised and easily accessible.
- Office Coordination: Help manage office supplies, coordinate meeting rooms, and ensure the office environment remains tidy and welcoming.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the business support team to support the smooth running of the office.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a high-level administrative or customer service role is essential. While this is not a legal position, a background in a professional services environment would be advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external contacts is crucial.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks is required.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Proactive Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., copiers, scanners).
