As a Commercial Sales Fleet Advisor, you will be a key player in the B2B team, providing an effective front-line telephony sales service for incoming calls. You will engage with our SME customer base and manufacturer partners' customers extending their warranties. Your primary responsibility will be to sell and advise fleet customers and customers extending their manufacturer's warranty on various policies and products, including Fuel Assist, telematics, business insurance, and fuel cards. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all targets are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales Calls: Handle inbound sales calls from our SME customer base and Warranty Extensions customers. Qualify callers' requirements and decide on the most appropriate course of action.
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make proactive outbound sales calls to generate new business sales and support retention levels.
  • Quality and Compliance: Maintain high standards of quality and compliance to ensure positive customer outcomes.
  • CRM Management: Update the CRM system with all actions and notes to provide accurate pipeline information for reporting.
  • FCA Regulations: Adhere to FCA Regulations in relation to the sale and purchase of products.
  • Ownership: Take ownership of all necessary actions required to fulfilfulfill a sale, including the payment process and arrangements for membership cover.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably within a B2B context.
  • Strong telephony sales skills and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales while maintaining profitability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to update records accurately.
  • Knowledge of FCA Regulations is desirable.
  • High standard of quality and compliance awareness.
