Exciting opportunity to support a growing business and lead a professional HR team in an organisation offering bespoke support packages for children and young people who are in the care of local authorities - with passion and compassion.
This is a stand-alone role and you will need experience of safer recruitment in a Children's services environment. This could be social services, care sector or an educational setting. The business is a mix of self-employed and employee status staff between 50 -100 strong.
You will be dealing with Compliance and Policy, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations and Performance Management, Training and Development and overseeing the HR Administration.
Your experience will be:
Human Resources experience of safer recruitment with experience in Children's Services is essential
Exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills. Adaptable, flexible and open minded. Able to manage a heavy workload in a busy and ever-changing environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
CIPD qualification is preferable but not essential
The work environment and benefits
- Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. in the office - this is not a hybrid role.
