Non-Domestic Energy Assessor

This is a great opportunity to join an independent energy consultancy who consist of expert energy assessor who operate across the UK offering nationwide services. They are on the lookout for an established Non-domestic Energy Assessor to join their in-house team who are located in the London area.
Role responsibilities for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor include
- Carry out energy assessments on a range of commercial projects to ensure they are complying with UK building regulations
- Make sure designs are in line with UK legislations, CIBSE guides, best practice and are environmentally sensitive
- Carryout site visits and produce site reports from findings and evaluate post occupancy performances
- Produce EPC's and Part L reports, as well as working alongside structural engineers, builders, and architects
The ideal Non-Domestic Energy Assessor will have:
- A Level 4 or 5 NDEA qualification from a credible accreditation scheme
- Relevant experience in an energy assessor role delivering EPCs for commercial projects
- Proficient in Design Builder SBEM software
- Full UK Drivers License
- Excellent Communication and organisational skills
