Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Triage Engineer, on behalf of our wonderful client based in Waterlooville.
In this engaging position, you'll support a busy IT helpdesk, through triaging their support tickets.
You'll support the team, assisting customers with 1st line support queries.
You'll need to be attentive, well organised and communicate clearly to exceed in this fantastic opportunity!
Duties
- Support customers with 1st Line IT Support Requests.
- Ticket queries, retaining concise and clear information.
- Troubleshoot software/hardware issues
Qualifications
- Previous helpdesk/support experience is essential.
- IT Support qualifications such as COMTIA A+ is desired, though not essential.
Hours: 9:00-17:30 Monday to Friday (Please note Tuesday/Thursday Work from Home)
Salary: From £25,000 DOE
