Senior Finance Business Partner - Fully Remote
Day Rate: £560 - £700
Contract: Initial 6 month contract with a view to being extended
Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday.

Our client are a local authority in Staffordshire looking to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner. Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership to aid in the recruitment process.
Role Brief:
The role consists of covering corporate landlord & property services, developing relationship with service and tidying up budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting strategy of delivering savings and create efficiencies in property management. Aligning finance and service data sets.
- Developing an accurate and timely reporting process for the service.
What we're looking for:
- Requires significant experience dealing with the Property/Landlord Service
- Delivering significant change, bring the service team on board with budget management
- ensure our data is accurate and can be analysed as required.
- Local Authority Experience in a similar role.
