An exciting opportunity to work as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a high quality national house builder. This company aims to provide high quality customer service, construction and design and pride themselves on very flexible working.

Your new role As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Group Sales Manager and your job will be supporting the overall Sales and Marketing function in agreed areas. Assisting the team with accurate and effective deliverables as required and enhancing the team's speed and efficiency.

  • Ensure all KPIs are focused on driving performance either directly or indirectly and managing effective implementation.
  • Support divisions in achieving their objectives
  • Keep all team members informed of the status of all tasks by managing a Status Reporting system
  • Work with the project and change teams to ensure working within an agreed framework
  • Required to manage deliverables from multiple agencies and ensure work takes priority within the agencies
  • Supporting individual project deliverables for managers and fully understanding why these deliverables are required so that quick decisions can be made
  • Issue and manage POs for the team
  • Following up on for legal approval and compliance as briefed
  • House type asset creation and liaison with internal / external partners

What you'll need to succeed

  • A Sales or Marketing individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Excellent organisation prioritising the most urgent requirements, juggling multiple tasks and ensuring all projects are delivered quickly, on time and to a high standard
  • Confident, articulate and able to overcome objections, a good negotiator when managing agency deliverables
  • Works independently, decisive, strong judgement, problem solver
  • Excellent communicator and strong relationship developer
  • Highly mobile and willing to travel
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using software such as Dynamics / Sales Force
