My client is looking for an organised, friendly and ambitious individual to join the successful and rapidly growing team in West Birmingham to provide a high quality service and assist clients with a range of commercial property transactions including:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Commercial Acquisitions and Disposals
- Secured Lending
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years PQE handling commercial property transactional work. Training and development is high on my clients priority list, so this is an opportunity with huge progression potential both in terms of developing skills as well as future promotion opportunities.
