Job title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Dundee (Onsite)
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week
Are you someone with a high attention to detail? Do you consider yourself to be an effective communicator who can work at an efficient pace? If so, we are currently looking for an organised individual to join a global medical device company as an Accounts Payable Clerk to provide support to the wider team. You will be expected to communicate effectively with over 60 vendors and suppliers to support invoicing and manage purchasing ledgers.
Main responsibilities:
- Support with processing invoices for the entire site
- Preparation of supplier reconciliations
- Preparation and upkeep of balance sheet accounts
- Provide support with queries relating to vendors and the purchasing teams
- Deal with payment runs and transactions
Person Specification:
- Relevant degree or experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience using excel and understanding of excel functions
