My client, a rapidly expanding organisation is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join their growing team! This role is ideal for someone with a foundational knowledge of marketing or a strong interest in the field. You will be involved in various exciting projects, including brand development and digital marketing, and will play a key role in shaping our digital and brand presence.
Day-to-day of the Digital Marketing Assistant role:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms to enhance service promotion and brand visibility.
- Support social media activities, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Help maintain and update the company's website to ensure it remains current and effective.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement) and provide insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for content creation.
- Provide general support to the Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, and senior team members on various campaigns and projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A strong interest in marketing and a desire to build a career in this field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Digitally savvy, with familiarity or experience using social media platforms and website content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with digital analytics tools is desirable.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools
