Your new role
As a HR Advisor on a 12-month maternity cover contract, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager and the People Services Coordinator. This generalist role requires an experienced advisor who can hit the ground running. You will be involved in employee relations, providing support and advice on a range of issues including grievance, discipline, capability, sickness absence, well-being management, and performance management. Additionally, you will contribute to HR policy development, support the implementation of a new Performance Appraisal System, and various HR Projects.
What you will need to succeed
- A minimum of two years recent HR Generalist experience in a similar role
- CIPD Associate Level 5 qualification
- Strong hands-on experience and the ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional work planning capabilities and time management skills.
- The ability to develop strong working relationships and drive collaboration.
- A meticulous attention to detail and a clear commitment to your role.
