£25,000 per annum.
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Hybrid working after training period 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
I am currently recruiting for a growing scientific company who are looking for a candidate who is passionate about science to join the team.
Key skills:
- Liaising with the customer service, order management and operations team on a daily basis to understand customers needs in regards to orders
- Liaising with suppliers in regards to products
- Providing in-depth scientific support to the customer service and sales team in order to better advise the customer
- Ensuring customer and product information is entered accurately onto the company's databases and CRMs
This position would suit a graduate with a scientific degree who is looking to utilize their skills or a candidate that has administrative/customer service skills.
