Part-Time Legal Secretary - Family Law

An established Ashford-based legal firm is actively seeking a part-time Legal Secretary to join their supportive team in the Family Law department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with transferable skills who is eager to build strong relationships and contribute to their firm's success.
Location:
Ashford
Salary:
Up to £25,000 pro rata
Hours:
3 days per week, 9am – 5pm
Benefits:
20 days holiday pro rata + Bank Holidays, pension, private medical insurance after probation, supportive team environment, social events, opportunities for progression
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio dictation
- Bundle preparation
- Coordinating and managing diaries
- Taking diary notes
- Handling client files
- Liaising with fee earners
- File management
- General legal secretary duties
- Liaising with clients via phone and email
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses transferable skills
- Experience in Family Law is desirable but not essential
