Job Title: Junior Designer
Location: Nottingham (Onsite)
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Our client is seeking a Junior Designer to join their creative team, who will be responsible for the creative design, development and delivery of a variety of marketing collateral and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Designing graphics, layouts and visuals to support marketing campaigns
- Working alongside the creative team to brainstorm ideas
- Developing concepts and designs for different platforms
- Design the social media, websites, internal and external communications
- Establishing brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency
- Working with external suppliers to create visuals
- Working with the creative team to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy
- Managing the production of marketing materials
Technical Skills:
- Graphic Design degree or equivalent
- Expert with Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Knowledge of After Effects/simple motion graphics is desirable
- Knowledge or previous experience in Figma/Sketch is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
