We are currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and work with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as we have multiple students in the Reception class have ECP's.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of SEN pupils. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to provide tailored support and ensure that each child can access the curriculum and thrive in a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN is essential.
- A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
- someone willing to undertake the more challenging aspects of the role.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of specific SEN conditions (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia).
