We are working with a global B2B organisation who are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Specialist. The role is pivotal in fostering a strong, engaged and informed workforce. Reporting into the Head of Internal Communications you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Message Development: Craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging that resonates with employees at all levels.
- Channel Management: Oversee and optimise various internal communication channels, including intranet, email, newsletters, town halls, and social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, such as articles, videos, infographics, and presentations, to engage employees and share important information.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and build a strong company culture.
- Change Management: Support organisational change initiatives by effectively communicating updates and addressing employee concerns.
- Measurement and Analysis: Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Background
- Experience in internal communications gained working in a global B2B organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A skilled communicator and a passionate advocate for employee engagement.
