Overview:
Our secure children's service seeks a committed and compassionate Registered Manager to lead an outstanding care environment for young people in need of high-level protection and support. This residential home, rated as "outstanding" by Ofsted, provides specialized accommodation and education for young people aged 10 to 18.
This safe, welcoming environment is staffed by dedicated professionals committed to offering high-quality care and support for vulnerable and at-risk youth. We prioritize each young person's personal, educational, and social development in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring they have the foundation to reach their full potential within a structured, protective setting.
Role:
The Registered Manager will oversee operations, ensuring the safety and development of residents in line with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Care Standards. They'll lead staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with professionals to provide a secure, welcoming environment for young people.
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ in Children and Young People (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
- Proven leadership experience in a residential setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £50,596.96 - £56,759.26 per annum
Contractual Hours: 37.5
