Summary of the role

We have an opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join our team in Stirling. The role will have a large focus on standard PMO responsibilities including Project Office Governance, Resource allocation support, Budget Management reviews & data analysis to support our Senior Change team. This role will also include working with PMs to support the governance on the delivery of different projects and programmes. The role is hybrid and will be a 3:2 split of office work to home hours.

What you'll be doing

  • Helping to keep our Program and Project governance and standards on track by making sure data and reports are accurate.
  • Handle the processes that ensure we're applying governance properly to our project change orders, project lifecycle including ensuring the correct allocation of resources to the relevant capacity planners. Involvement with invoicing collation and timesheet reporting.
  • As part of the PMO team, contribute to maintaining and promoting best practices for Project and Program Office Management.
  • Create regular reports for Project or Program Managers and the PMO Manager/Change Portfolio Lead.
  • Provide Quality Assurance checking of Project or Program data, provide reports and trend analysis, and ensure we have accurate and meaningful information, pointing out any issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the program to help deliver projects effectively.

What we're looking for

  • Knowledge of Project Office industry best practice and methodology
  • Knowledge of Project & Programme Management industry best practice and methodology
  • Currently working towards/or an interest in Project Management qualifications e.g. Prince2, APMP and ISEB
  • Experience working within a Financial Services organisation
