Overview:
Love Success is currently recruiting for a Headteachers PA with a DBS on the update service to work in a popular outstanding secondary school in Central London on a full-time temp basis. This is a busy but rewarding role and we need someone who is adaptable, resilient, patient, and hard-working.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of School
- Manage the Head's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist the CEO's EA to prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents for weekly SLT Meetings (Deputise in absence of the EA)
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Head
- Oversee general administrative functions for the entire school
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, students, and other external agencies
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate matters as necessary on behalf of the Head
- Some assistance with student and staff data management, including enrolment and HR records
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office particularly Outlook
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Working with the EA to provide cover when necessary, as part of the Trust Team
