Junior Business Travel Consultant - required for this established and expanding business travel company based in Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading corporate travel company, assisting clients with a variety of European and Worldwide flights, hotels, and transfers , whilst offering a high level of service over the phone and by email . They are either looking for either an experienced Travel Consultant/Airline Reservations Consultant or someone who has studies Travel & Tourism who is looking to make the move into corporate/business travel , where full training will be provided . They offer a competitive salary Mon-Fri daytime hours no weekends.
Junior Business Travel Consultant duties
-Working on mixed corporate accounts booking UK, European and Worldwide business travel arrangements
-Booking flights, car hire and hotels using a GDS
-Providing visa advice
-Working to the clients travel policy finding the most cost effective travel option available
-Making changes and amendments and reissues
Junior Business Travel Consultant skills required
-Experience working in retail travel, tour operations, reservations or have studied travel & tourism and looking to move into Business Travel
-Experience booking flights, accommodation and transfers for clients is preferred but no essential
