Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a global manufacturer in Rotherham in their search for a Purchasing Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
As a Purchasing Administrator your key responsibilities will include:
- Raising all Purchase orders and requisitions
- Producing reports on Stock and Non -stock materials
- Managing shipping documentation
- Assist with stock check
- All administration associated with the procurement of all goods and services
- Keep up to date with the Sales & Production team and any changes to delivery etc.
- Scanning PODs
To be successful in this role of Purchasing Administrator you will:
- Administration experience ideally within purchasing or alternatively within sales support, operations, general manufacturing admin
- Excellent eye for detail, highly meticulous
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Be a self starter
