What's Expected of You?
As an HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters across the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring best practices in HR.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Handling workplace disputes, mediating conflict resolutions, and managing grievance procedures.

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for new hires.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and utilising HR systems to track data and absence.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for HR queries across the business.
