HR Administration Assistant

Our client is seeking extra help in their HR team. This role is initially for 2 weeks however could be extended.

They work 8.30-5pm however could be flexible with reduced hours. The role would also be covering reception over lunch time and would be 100% office based. They offer free parking.

Working in the HR team the main focus is recruitment and admin.

You will be managing outlook, looking after Inbox

Arranging Interviews via agencies and recruiting managers

Sending calendar invites for teams and F2f interviews.

Booking meeting rooms for f2f interviews

Set up interview rooms for drinks

Coordinating interview tasks

Forward cv's to managers

Collate feedback from candidates and managers and passing on
