Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all aspects of Court of Protection work, including completing relevant Court forms and documents for benefits, insurance claims and other financial matters
- Managing deputyships and trusts for children and adults with complex acquired brain injuries, ensuring their needs are fully met
- Experience in cases involving high-value damages awards is a plus
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Court of Protection work
- Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage complex cases
